Our Pesto Rosso Collezione 130g is a celebration of the most authentic and sunny flavors of the Mediterranean, enclosed in a jar. The base of this delicacy is made up of a generous quantity of dried tomatoes (36%), which give an intense and bittersweet flavor, and the precious Basilico Genovese DOP (10%), the aromatic herb symbol of Liguria, which gives an unmistakable scent. To further enrich the flavor profile, we included Grana Padano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, two excellent Italian cheeses that provide flavor and a slightly spicy note.
