Micro-irrigation, another fundamental practice for the company, allows for optimizing the use of water, providing the plants with the right amount of water with minimal environmental impact. The apples are harvested strictly by hand, selecting only the best fruits, at the right point of ripeness, to ensure maximum quality and an unmistakable flavor.
