Capralpina is a semi-hard "local" cheese, made with 100% fresh goat's milk from the Lombardy Alps. This medium-aged cheese, with a refined and delicate goat's aroma, is a historic product of Gildo Formaggi, a family-run company based in Valsassina, a valley renowned for its cheesemaking tradition. Capralpina, a registered trademark, is made following the artisanal methods of the past, handed down from generation to generation. Its exclusive, sweet and light flavour is ideal to enjoy on its own, combined with honey and jams, or as an ingredient in your recipes.
