Caprabon

Caprabon is a raw, flavoured, medium-aged goat's cheese.

Produced with goat's milk from farms where the animals are mainly fed on pasture, this cheese is made using traditional methods by Gildo Formaggi, a family-run company based in Valsassina, a valley in Lombardy known for producing high-quality cheeses. Caprabon stands out for its refined and aromatic taste, which makes it a unique experience for the palate.
